Michele works with the accounting team, and is responsible for client billing and accounts payable and receivable. She also handles employee payroll, benefits, expense report reimbursements, and the timekeeping system.
Prior to ERS, Michele served as Assistant Vice President of Operations for the US Trust Company. In this role she managed all facets of both deposit and loan operations. Michele specialized in software data conversions, software and network support for teller system and loan officers, report writing, new product set up/design, and internet banking. She also served as liaison to bank’s service bureau.
Michele loves to spend her time outdoors in all seasons, skiing, swimming, and walking depending on the weather. She is very involved with her children’s sports. She spends a lot of time on the softball and field hockey fields with her high school daughter. And when she’s not at those sports events, she is in the karate dojo or baseball and soccer fields with her 11-year old son. Michele is also an active member of her kids’ schools’ Parent-Teacher Organizations.
