Jura serves on our project teams, providing in-depth strategic and analytic support to leaders of large urban school systems. Since joining ERS in 2010, she has worked on school funding and staffing systems projects, which focus on helping clients evaluate their allocation of financial and human resources. As a member of the cost allocation and performance system implementation team, Jura also supports the development of in-house information and knowledge management tools that facilitate the analytics behind each client engagement.
Prior to joining ERS, Jura worked as a financial management and strategy consultant for Huron Consulting Group’s Higher Education practice. Her other consulting experiences span a number of nonprofits, including WestEd, ProCrianca Cardiaca, and the Connecticut Housing and Investment Fund.
While a devoted traveler, Jura is equally content staying home and enjoying all the cultural attractions that New York City offers. Ikebana floral arrangements, omija tea, and birdie putts are among some of her favorite things.
