Joseph Trawick-Smith

Joseph supports the implementation of our overall strategy for technology-based tools to help schools and districts improve their resource use. Prior to ERS, Joseph worked at Steeldeck NY, a full-scale event services company in Brooklyn, NY. As the Assistant Manager, he oversaw everything from equipment manufacturing to client relations, conducting analyses around supply chain efficiency and seasonal demand. After starting business school, he worked at City Year Headquarters to help build strategic data infrastructure. During this time he was also an active member of Net Impact and a founding member of the MBA Oath at Babson College.
Joseph enjoy being outdoors when he can, whether it’s cycling, running or competing in endurance challenges. He is also an avid painter and lover of all things creative. When he’s not in the Boston area, Joseph can usually be found in Connecticut, visiting family and friends.
