Divya specializes in school turnaround strategy, teacher performance management systems and district resource allocation. She works on the ground with district partners, conducts analysis for external communications, and advises on internal ERS process to ensure our partnerships are as effective as possible.
Divya came to ERS from McKinsey & Company where she conducted analysis and provided recommendations for strategy consulting projects contracted by Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer space. During her time at McKinsey, she also worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on the “Intensive Partnerships to Empower Effective Teachers” effort and co-wrote the Foundation’s white paper on policy and legislation that supports effective teaching.
Divya enjoys exploring Boston and seeking physical adventure. She is an avid yogi and likes to fill her spare time with walks along the Charles, reading novels, sailing, and working out. She is a Board Member for the West Philadelphia Tutoring Project at the University of Pennsylvania.
